Start with what matters most and add the rest as you go. ### Wealth and structure What the family owns, where it is held, and how it is changing. - Consolidated wealth overview (tailored): Know where the family stands without waiting for someone to build a report. Net worth across banks, properties and entities; Liquid and illiquid holdings shown apart; Built from the statements and records already in Manor Office; Arranged around your family’s own structure. - Bank statements and balances: Balances by bank and entity, kept current from the statements you already receive. Statements read from PDF, scan, spreadsheet or CSV; Every line checked against the printed balances; Lines matched to the expenses on record, then approved by a person; Account numbers are not stored. - Owner report (tailored): A calm summary for the principal, without anyone pulling it together by hand. Monthly PDF or on-screen summary; What changed, what is due and what needs a decision; Written for the principal, not for the office; Contents agreed with you. - Private assets register (tailored): Art, cars, yachts and collections recorded with the papers that prove them. Art, cars, yachts, aircraft, jewellery and collectibles; Valuations with their date and source; Certificates, insurance and service records attached; Reminders for renewals and inspections. ### People, properties and operations The day-to-day running of the household, in every country. - Household staff management: Everyone who works for the family, in one record. Drivers, captains, security, house and estate managers; Roles, contracts and salaries, wherever they are based; Work permits with their expiry dates; Their documents, filed in one place. - Property management worldwide: Each property with its figures and its paperwork, from a city flat to a country estate. Value and how each property is used; Tenants and running costs; Linked contracts and documents; Every property on one map. - Contracts and document vault: The current version of any contract, found in seconds. Insurance, rental and service contracts; Organised by category, with tags; Search across everything; Preview PDFs without downloading them. - Deadlines and reminders: Nothing depends on someone remembering. Notice periods and renewals; Work permits and insurance; Reminders well before each date; A morning email to the office’s owners and managers when something is due. - Invoices and expenses: Costs captured, assigned and ready for your accountant. Invoices read by AI and prepared as expenses; Assigned to a property, person or entity; Reports exported to Excel for your accountant. - Approvals and accounting export (tailored): Payments approved by the right person, and books handed over in the right format. Approval rules by amount, property or entity; DATEV export for German accountants; A record of who approved what, and when. - Your existing spreadsheets: No starting again from a blank page. The spreadsheets you already keep, brought in by us during onboarding; Single spreadsheets, PDFs and photos read by AI, one file at a time; Checked by a person before anything is saved. ### Manor Office Intelligence AI that reads what arrives and prepares the next step. A person decides. - An inbox that files itself (tailored): Letters from insurers, landlords and authorities become updated records. Reads the shared office inbox; Updates the right contract, property or person; Sets reminders and tells the people concerned; For Microsoft 365, Google Workspace or any IMAP mailbox. - Documents read for you: The key facts of a contract, without reading it twice. Parties, amounts, dates and notice periods extracted; Key values shown with the passage they came from; Uncertain values flagged for a person to check; Nothing is saved until a person approves it. - Better offers before renewal (tailored): Time to decide before a notice period ends, with the alternatives in front of you. Publicly available offers gathered before the deadline; Insurance, energy, telecoms and service contracts; Set side by side for you and your broker or adviser; General information, not advice. - Market and news briefings (tailored): Background for conversations with your advisers, without reading everything yourself. Regular summaries for the asset classes and regions you hold; Property markets where the family owns homes; General information, not advice. - Ask your office (tailored): Plain questions, answered with sources. “What expires before the summer?”; “What did the lake house cost us last year?”; Every answer links to the records behind it; Only what the person asking is allowed to see. ## More modules for your private office (on request) Every family office is different. It reads the documents and statements you give it, keeps figures current and prepares the next step, then asks a person before anything happens. - AI prepares, people decide: nothing is sent, signed, paid or moved without approval. - Values the AI reads show where they came from in the document, so they can be checked. - Every step is logged: who approved what, and when. Manor Office is software for organising information. Market briefings and offer comparisons are general information from public sources. They are not investment, insurance, tax or legal advice, and not a recommendation to buy, sell, sign or cancel anything. Decisions stay with you and your licensed advisers. ## Works with the tools your office already uses File uploads and exports work from the first day. Single family offices and private households that look after wealth, staff, properties and contracts, often across several countries. It is used by office managers, personal assistants and estate managers, by the principals themselves, and by the advisers they invite. ### Is it an off-the-shelf software package? No. Manor Office is a ready platform, tailored to each family during onboarding. We begin with a private conversation, deliver a working version set up around your structure within weeks, and then refine it with you. ### What does it cost? Family Office starts at €1,250 a month and Private Office at €2,500 a month, both billed yearly and excluding VAT. Bespoke is priced by proposal. Onboarding and tailoring is a one-off fee from €10,000, and additional modules are fixed-fee projects. After our first conversation you receive a written proposal with the exact price for your family. ### Do you take a percentage of assets? No. Our fees are fixed: an annual fee for the platform and a one-off fee for onboarding. There are no fees based on assets under management and no per-report charges. ### Where is our data kept, and who can see it? Your records and documents are stored on Google Cloud in Frankfurt, Germany. Access is by personal invitation only, every sign-in uses two-factor authentication, each person sees only what their role allows, and every sign-in and change is logged. The data belongs to the family. ### Is my data in Switzerland? Not by default. Your data is hosted in Frankfurt, Germany, in the European Union. For Private Office and Bespoke clients who need their data in Switzerland, we can set up a dedicated environment on Google Cloud in Zurich as part of onboarding. Manor Office is built to comply with the EU GDPR and the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (revFADP). ### Are you SOC 2 or ISO 27001 certified? Not yet as a company. Manor Office is built on Google Cloud infrastructure, which is independently audited to ISO/IEC 27001 and SOC 2. We provide our security and privacy documentation under NDA and complete security questionnaires. We plan to seek certification as our client base grows. ### What happens to our data if we leave? It remains yours. Owners can download their records at any time as CSV, with the original documents, and we prepare a complete export for you when you leave. After that, your data is deleted. ### Can our advisers get access? Yes. Trustees, accountants and other advisers can be invited with their own sign-in and two-factor authentication, and their access is limited to what they need, for example read-only. Everything they do is logged. ### How does the AI handle our information? The AI sees only what your office gives it, runs on infrastructure in the EU and never uses your data to train models. It prepares records, summaries and suggestions; a person approves before anything is saved, sent, signed, paid or moved. ### Which tools does Manor Office work with? From the first day: upload of PDFs, photos and spreadsheets, Excel report export and data export. Connections to other tools are tailored: built for your family during onboarding, for the tools your office uses, such as Microsoft 365, Google Workspace or another mailbox, calendars, document storage, DATEV export, e-signatures, and alerts by Microsoft Teams, WhatsApp or SMS. Bespoke adds custom integrations and a secure API. ### Does Manor Office give investment advice? No. Manor Office is software, not an investment firm. If you add market and news briefings (tailored), they are general information about developments relevant to the asset classes you hold. They are not personal recommendations and do not take your circumstances into account. Manor Office does not manage assets, broker investments, hold client money or make investment decisions; those decisions stay with you and your licensed advisers. ### Does Manor Office broker insurance or other contracts? No. Manor Office is not an insurance broker, agent or adviser and takes no commission from providers. If you add offer comparisons (tailored), they place publicly available information side by side. Whether to renew, change or cancel a contract is your decision, ideally made with your broker or adviser. ### Can we use the spreadsheets we already have? Yes. As part of onboarding we bring in the spreadsheets you already keep, so you do not start from scratch. After that, single files can be read by AI one at a time. ### Which devices does it work on? Manor Office is a web app. It runs in the browser on a computer, tablet or phone, with nothing to install. ### How do the reminders work? You are reminded ahead of the date on which a contract, rental agreement or work permit expires or has to be cancelled, so there is time to decide and act. ### Which other modules can you add? Among others: an entities and ownership map, multi-currency with daily exchange rates, CAMT.053 and MT940 bank files, an insurance register, vehicles, yachts and aircraft, duplicate-invoice alerts, passkeys, an adviser portal and the interface in German, French and Italian. They are built for your family on request during onboarding, each as a fixed-fee project in your proposal. ### How long does it take to get started? After a first conversation, you will have a tailored working version within weeks. From then on it grows with you as we refine it together. ## What Manor Office is not Manor Office is software for organising information.
